Meg Monti brings 12 years of athletic experience to the RPA staff. During the past 4 years she has been responsible for:

• Overseeing the Athlete Admissions Committee for RPA
• Scholarship allocation/applications
• Scheduling athlete and parent interviews
• Staff professional development opportunities
• Coordinating executive staff schedules and travel arrangements
• Assisting the RPA Tech Department
• Updating athlete resumes and highlight/training videos

During high school she was a three sport athlete playing soccer, basketball and track. After graduating college she continued to play in several premier and adult leagues while also coaching youth basketball and soccer. She has been an important part of the Red Penguin Athletics team since the company was founded.
