Coach Denk brings college and elite club coaching experience to the Red Penguin staff. Because of his diverse college and club background, Denk has first hand experience with: recruiting, player evaluation, player improvement plans and scholarship allocation. He has been a college coach at both NCAA and NAIA institutions.

During his time at Nazareth College he helped develop TWO 2-time NCAA All-Americans for the Golden Flyers. Coach Denk also showed his winning ways during his time with Daemen College (NAIA). During his tenure at Daemen, his teams accomplished the following:

Along with his club responsibilities, Denk also coaches at the prestigious Our Lady of Mercy High School. In 2008 he led the Monarch to the following:

Denk was captain of his college volleyball team (State University of New York at Brockport) from 1996-1997 and also captained the USA Men’s Club Team (Team Hot Shots/Nails) from 1998-2005. Since 1999, he has been a participant in the AVP Beach Volleyball Doubles Qualification Tour.
