RPA is an educational service that gives several different workshops for high schools, athletic clubs and individual teams.

Red Penguin Athletics was founded by former NCAA college head coach Chris Bianchi. When asked why he started the company, Bianchi said...

“As a college head coach, I got hundreds of emails from different athlete services around the country. After reviewing many of these, I realized that nobody was doing this the correct way. It was not friendly for college coaches. They were doing a disservice to families and the athletes because most coaches eventually deleted emails from these services before opening them. This was due to their ‘cookie cutter’ athlete approach to the recruiting process. I knew what the college coaches wanted and needed.

I also understood that athletes and their families had specific academic and athletic needs. After sitting down with many college coaches, athletes, high school coaches, high school counselors and parents, we created the most comprehensive college search and selection support system in the country.“

Red Penguin Athletics interviews athletes and also their family during the admission process. We are a company that gives a truly personal touch with a 100% athlete placement rate. Each of our athletes has their own Recruiting Coach during the entire college search and selection journey. They guide our athletes through all the different obstacles they will be facing throughout the entire athletic college selection process.
